Navigating around this site will show you tips on Office and other programs that are designed to show you little tasks you may not have already known.  Tips will be added regularly, so be sure to check back often to see the newest entries in the list.  Old ones don’t go away, they just migrate to the Tips Library.

The Download site has a survey form for you to use in your agency for yourself or other staff members.  It lists important areas in the AMS360 and Office programs.  This form is designed to stimulate people to ensure they are thinking about the areas listed.  It will also allow them to self-assess their own skill levels on various functions and features.  There is also a place for them to list special areas they would like some additional help with on the management system or Office programs.  Both are important areas for your agency staff.

While it is dependent on my travel schedule, I am endeavoring to take a week each month for my new Webinar Week.  The class list will be published two weeks in advance.  If you want to ensure delivery of this list to your desk, register now so that you will be notified when the list is published.  Registering is simple and takes place on the Webinar page.
